A first date ended badly between two former High School classmates after the man stole the woman’s car and went on a different date.
ABC 7 News reports that Faith Pugh and Kelton Griffin knew each other in High School and upon connecting years later decided to go on a date. When Griffin showed up without a car, Pugh offered to drive. It was during a stop at the gas station that things went wrong.
The man, Kelton Griffin, asked her to stop at a gas station and get him a cigar. She went inside to buy it.
When she came out, her date and her car were gone.
Pugh’s mother picked her up and they used GPS to track her car.
They followed the signal to a drive-in theater.
Pugh says that’s where she found her car and the guy — with her godsister on a date.
After calling authorties, Griffin was arrested.
