This is the face of EVIL!!!

We chronicled yesterday the story of Brian Banks (Former HS Football Star Brian Banks Spent 6 Years in Prison for Rape Didn’t Commit).

What bothered me the most and there are a lot of things that bother me about this story is she never apologized.  She never said, I am sorry for lying and destroying your life.

All she said was that she wanted to “let bygones to be bygones”. 

She didn’t even have the guts after she admitted she lied to go to prosecutors because she didn’t want to give back the $1.5 million she stole from the school district for lying.

Just listen to Banks tell the story.

Thank god his defense team secretly taped her admitting that she lied about the rape or he still would have this hanging over him.

It just makes your angry that someone can do this type of thing and get away it. As of right now Gibson is still walking free and living off the $1.5 million she and her mother won in a lawsuit.

Banks has cleared his name, but he can’t get the 10 years back he lost.

Just try to remember when you were 17 and then when you were 27. How much did you change? How much of your life would be missing if someone took those years away from your.

Wanetta Gibson is evil woman with a black heart.

Besides destroying Banks life, she has hurt the credibility of every future rape accuser going forward. Rape is a serious charge and men who commit it should be thrown under the jail, but with women like Gibson out there it will always be doubt about these claims.

Just a terrible story and I hope someone goes after Gibson for all the money and possessions she has left and any criminal charges they can levy against her.

Victor Ortiz has to be careful.

I have seen many times where a boxer is suppose to face one fighter and gets really hyped up for it only to see that fight fall through. They don’t get as excited for the replacement fighter who comes in hungry to make a name for themselves.

Lopez is no bum, Ortiz it appears is taking him very seriously.

They have put together a good card on June 23rd at the Staples Center. I wouldn’t be surprised if some upsets happened. I will be tuning in.

Dwight is somewhat telling the truth this time.

McMurray is from Joplin, Missouri which isn’t too far from where I stay in Saint Louis, Missouri, The area was hit with devastating tornadoes this time last year.

So, McMurray has a little extra incentive to do well in the race this weeked in Charlotte.

He spoke a little bit about the race and his hometown.

Q. How much has helping the people of Joplin or other charities helped your racing career.

JAMIE McMURRAY: I don’t know that helping anyone has helped my career at all, but, I don’t know, I think that you that you get in a position where you can give back or you can use TV cameras and all of the exposure that we have in NASCAR for the better. I think that that’s the most important time to use those tools.

When I came back to Joplin, I came back more than anything because I wanted to see it. And then, you know, there was so many media people that wanted to come with me and that it brought a lot of exposure and Bass Pro Shops wanted to get involved and wanted to help raise money to give back.

I think it’s maybe the other way; maybe getting to be at a type of racing at the level that I’m at, you have access to so much media to get exposure and help raise money, that it maybe works the other way.
Q. How surprised were you by the number of fans and media and drivers that stepped in to help?

JAMIE McMURRAY: Well, the racing community is pretty small. Whether it’s with media, or the drivers, it seems like everybody wants to help others out. The whole thing with Joplin was that that wasn’t just — that was mainstream media. It was just devastating that it happened just a few weeks after the Tuscaloosa tornado.

Yeah, I think that’s just part of NASCAR and everyone seems to have a big heart and wanting to give back. Yeah, I think that’s a no-brainer for those guys to want to help with that.

Q. Talking about Charlotte, does that help when you guys are working to make big strides that now you come to a track where you really know what you want and the feel that you want?

JAMIE McMURRAY: For sure, because you do go to some tracks that you don’t run well at you and don’t know what you’re looking for or if you’re driving in the track just right.

But Charlotte has always been really good for me, and I seem to be much more critical of the cars when we get there, because you kind of know what you want it to do.

So, yeah, I mean, absolutely. It’s great that we get to have two weeks here, also, because we got to have the All-Star Race and then kind of analyze our issues and then go back and work on them this week and then comeback for the 600.

So it’s a great place to feel comfortable at because we get to run there so much.

Q. Does it seem like it’s been ten years since your first win at Charlotte?

JAMIE McMURRAY: No. Honestly, I always watch all of the races back before we go. Like I’ll watch the 600 back from last year just to see if there’s anything that you can pick up on, whether it’s pit road speeding penalties or just what the track did from day to night.

I stumbled across, actually, on YouTube, the 2002 win, and I watched a little bit of it just out of curiosity, and when you look back and they interviewed Jimmie and Ryan Newman and some of the guys and then you see the names of Rusty was still in the field and Bill Elliott, I looked back at that and I actually paused it and took it to Kristy and I was like, you’ve got to look at this and look how young everybody looked.

Makes me feel very old today. It’s been a long time. I feel really lucky that I’ve got to do this this long, but it’s been a long time for sure.

Q. What’s the difference between the champion Jamie McMurray in 2002 and the Jamie McMurray of 2012? What’s the main difference in you as a driver?

JAMIE McMURRAY: Certainly seem much more educated but you still make mistakes, make not the same mistakes but there are still things that you can do better.

When I looked back at that, though, I couldn’t believe just first off that they were doing the pit road speed by a stopwatch and timing lines. There was no electronic timing. Watching the guys do green flag pit stops, it’s just so much more advanced now and so much faster. As a driver, I don’t know, gosh, it doesn’t seem that long ago until I look back at the pictures and I see how young everybody looked.

It looks like after Faraj got the worse of the fight, he decided to take the coward’s way out.

Sometimes you just have to take your L and keep it moving. If Faraj would have done that eventually he eye would have healed and he would have been cool.

A Dearborn man has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the shooting death of another man following a fight during a pickup basketball game.

The Wayne County prosecutor’s office says Fadi Hassan Faraj entered the plea today in a Detroit courtroom. He’s expected to get 23 to 45 years in prison when sentenced June 18.

Faraj was originally charged with first-degree murder in the killing of 23-year-old Hassan Mustapha Zeidan of Dearborn.

The men were playing basketball last July in a Dearborn parking lot. Zeidan was shot multiple times with a gun retrieved from a parked car.

It was like the scene from White Men Can’t Jump or every movie about black men in gangs in the 90′s. If you going to throw hands, just throw hands, whatever the disagreement is, it isn’t worth taking a life.

The only question is when did John Calipari buy this car?

On the day that Pilar Sanders was arrested for her altercation with Deion Sanders she went to the hospital saying she had an arm injury (Pilar Sanders Transported to Hospital After Altercation With Deion Sanders).

It appears that the Prosper Police thought that was Pilar was faking her injury, so they came to the hospital to arrest her.  A source at the hospital tells us what happened next.

The Prosper Police took Pilar out of her emergency room bed, handcuffed her and put her in the back of a police car.  The entire time she was saying that she was really hurt and asking for X Rays, the doctor who was examining her also said she should get X Rays, but the police decided to remove her from hospital.  The police were rushing the ER staff and Pilar was asking for X Rays and a counselor because she said Deion choked her, but it was hectic and they blew her off.  She did appear to be in some pain, but they kept saying she was making it up.

As everyone knows knows now, Pilar did suffer broken arm and thumb, so she wasn’t faking that.  She says it happened when Deion hit her with a statue in home during the altercation. She spent about a day in jail without the proper medical attention.

She also claims that Deion cut her health insurance and so she couldn’t get a proper diagnosis and had to have the bones re-broken and new pin insert to correct the break weeks after incident.

No one knows what really happened, but it does appear the police jump the gun a little bit in just assuming she was faking, you at least have to let the doctor take X Rays before hauling her off to jail.

It wasn’t like she had shot someone and was some sort of flight risk, they could have waited a couple of hours for her to get the X Rays and then if she was faking they could have included that in their police reports.

Makes them look real suspect.

A lot of hostility over in China.

I have heard that the Chinese get a lot of their rap music years after it comes out, so I wonder if they just started to listen to No Limit Records and this is what is causing all of the brawls.

Deadspin gives us a glimpse of what happened.

Curt Schilling has been talking about this groundbreaking video game that he was going to come out with for years. Almost since the day he retired.

He started up a company has been making appearances talking about how this game was going to change the industry and put his company on the map.

Didn’t quite work out that way.

Curt Schilling’s video game company 38 Studios has been in deep financial trouble for some time now. On Thursday, the former All-Star pitcher laid off all employees at his Rhode Island-based company. The move was made due to financial difficulties, according to what a company insider told the Boston Globe. The company had nearly 400 employees on its active payroll. 38 Studios had received a $75 million loan from Rhode Island in 2010 to ensure a move from Maynard to the state’s capital in Providence.

Earlier this month, the Rhode Island government held an emergency meeting after Schilling’s company was more than two weeks late on a $1.1 million payment. Not only did 38 Studios miss the loan payment, but they were also unable to make payroll and even lost a number of their top financial officials in recent weeks.

People put their faith in Schilling and he let them down. He has always been a con artist, I bet a lot of that $75 million is in his bank account right now.

He is a fraud who should be investigated.

I will say this Mr. Grundstrom is a man of his word and he didn’t half ass the streaking, he went all out.

Collin J. Grundstrom, 22, of Jefferson City, Mo., was apprehended on the field after shedding his clothes and running from right field to left field.

According to the police report he was charged with being a spectator running on the playing field and, because he stripped, lewd and lascivious behavior. Both violations are likely to draw fines, though each has the potential of jail time, an official said.

Grundstrom “appeared to have been drinking,” said Joe Walsh, the team’s head of stadium security.

Grundstrom told police he ran onto the field because he lost a bet.

Cardinals third baseman David Freese looked on the bright side of the delay.

“He was naked. He’s not carrying much,” Freese said. “That relaxes that aspect of the drama. I guess naked’s better. I don’t know. Less to worry about.”

Not, sure what Freese meant by saying “he wasn’t carrying much”.  I laughed either way.

Mike Vanderjagt when from Top 10 kickers to not mentioned at all.

If you are going to be a trash talking kicker, you have to make all of your pressure field goals and Vanderjagt did not.

Plus, he pissed off Peyton Manning, so he wasn’t the brightest kicker in the world. Now, he is under investigation for possibly Chokeslamming a kid like The Undertaker.

Former NFL kicker Mike Vanderjagt has been suspended from his middle school coaching job after he was accused of grabbing and screaming at a student, apparently because the child taunted Vanderjagt over his missed field goal in the Colts’ loss to the Steelers in the 2005 playoffs.

The Naples News reports that Vanderjagt is a part-time coach at a middle school in Marco Island, Florida, but that he was suspended from that position when the school’s dean of students called the police to say that Vanderjagt had been witnessed grabbing a student by the throat. According to the police report, a student was taunting Vanderjagt by yelling “wide left, wide left,” and Vanderjagt walked up to him, grabbed him by the throat and started cursing at him. Both the student involved (who apparently didn’t realize that Vanderjagt’s miss against the Steelers was actually wide right) and another student who witnessed the incident told police the same story.

I can not confirm or deny if Vanderjagt was liquored up or not.

If you are an undrafted free agent signed by a NFL team you don’t have long to impress them. You have to make an impact quickly before you are kicked to the curb.

Unfortunately for Joiner he will be playing The Longest Yard for while and won’t have that opportunity to impress.

Linebacker Brandon Joiner has been sentenced to three years in prison for two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of felony drug possession. The charges stem from an incident in 2007 when Joiner was playing at Texas A&M.

Joiner and another man forced their way into an apartment and assaulted two men before binding them with duct tape. They stole their wallets, keys, cellphones and marijuana. When police searched Joiner’s home they also found hydrocodone and Ectasy.

He hopes to get out in 6-8 months with good behavior. The  Bengals haven’t said if they would still be interested whenever he is release.

Do the crime, you have to do the time.

On the one hand (pun intended) I understand David West is focused on the task at hand, so he isn’t really thinking about Hi-5′s on his way to the Locker Room during halftime of an elimination game.

On the other hand, they are kids and he could at least extend a hand.  It isn’t like he doesn’t see them.

I understand the kids excitement, but why are there grown men (balding men at that) leaning over trying to touch a NBA player’s hand?

Kupchak has one year left on his contract, and made it clear after the Lakers were ousted in the second round for the second consecutive year that there will be some changes in the organization. Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports that Sapp is out.  Per Jackson, Showtime has confirmed that James Brown of CBS, Phil Simms of CBS, and Cris Collinsworth of NBC will be returning.

It’s unknown whether Showtime will be replacing Sapp on the cast.

Maybe it is not a well known combination as peanut butter and jelly but porn and sports are two of largest industries when it comes to revenue. Both industries have stars that become the faces of the industries; these stars are the people we go pay to watch and the people that draw in the big money from the respective industries. Sport stars are always in the news about contract disputes, huge trades, and free agency. I am sure the same can be said for the porn industry.
