It has just been reported that Ladainian Tomlinson will be electric gliding to the NYC. He will sign a two year deal to become the newest member of the New York Jets on Monday (terms have not be disclosed as of yet).
I knew he would never sign with the Vikings because he couldn’t handle being a clear cut #2, but with the Jets he will be more like a 1c back with Shonn Greene handling the majority of the load.

As you may have heard, it was chopping block time time for LaDanian Tomlinson, Brian Westbrook, and Jamal Lewis. The reaper may be coming for Clinton Portis soon, and Willie Parker may be a free man soon as well. All big name guys, all recently put up big numbers before chalking up lackluster campaigns in 2009.

It is a wrap for LT, as the Chargers officially released him today.
Probably one year too late, but his nine year stint with the team is over.
I can’t even believe it has been nine years since LT came into the league balling. He was one of the players responsible for the Charger’s rebirth.
If you don’t recall the Chargers were like the Lions until Drew Brees and LT entered the building.

I remember the first time I saw Deion Sanders “Must Be the Money” as a young BonaFide Sports Expert I was a bit confused, but intrigued at the same time.
