According to TMZ.com Ben Roethlisberger’s accuser dropped out of college over the weekend. As one would imagine the stress she is under regardless if she is telling the truth or not would make it hard to continue her studies.
If she is telling the truth then she is dealing with a traumatic event that could scar her for life. Add on the fact that she is a accusing the starting quarterback of one of the most storied franchises in the NFL, I could see how going to History class could be a bit of an issue. Read more…

Now things are getting on a CSI/Forensic Files level in the Ben Roethlisberger case.
The Milledgeville police are requesting a DNA sample from Roethlisberger. This could go a long way to showing if a sexual assault took place.
If they are asking for DNA that means they are trying to match it with something (semen or blood) to try to connect or exonerate Roethlisberger.

I am going to side with Marbury on this one.
Seriously, because I can’t stand cold weather, someone needs to pay me to keep living in Saint Louis. Do you know the amount of Vaseline Marbury must has used while playing this year for the Shanxi Zhongyu in China?

There are conflicting reports in regards to Roethlisberger’s behavior on the night of the alleged sexual assault. While some have said he was friendly and very accommodating to his fans, there have been others who have said he was rude and arrogant especially with the females who were allowed into his VIP section.
The strongest comment about that behavior has come from Amber Hanley a 21 year old college student who hung out briefly with Roethlisberger and his entourage in the VIP.
Here is what she had to say: Read more…

Allen Iverson has had a bad couple of weeks (actually a bad last 12 months to be honest).
It didn’t get any better today when Stephen A. Smith wrote an article chronicling his gambling and possible alcohol abuse. His wife is divorcing him and his time in the NBA seems to have run out.
The one thing we do know about Iverson is he is a fighter and in the face of all this he wanted to make a statement. Read more…

It takes a lot to shock me; this story reported by Sportsfanlive.com is a shocking and a bit disturbing.
Tony Washington is an offensive tackle from a Division II Abilene Christian college. He had a strong combine performance that had people thinking he might get drafted as early as the 2nd round.
Now news is breaking that he is a register sex offender. If that wasn’t disturbing enough of a crime, the offense was having what he says was consensual sex with his 15 year biological sister. Washington was 16 at the time. Read more…

I honestly believe if T.O. and McNabb could have worked it out in Philadelphia they would have won a Super Bowl by now.
I don’t think Owens has ever been a better Wide Receiver than the time he was in Philly and I don’t think McNabb has ever been a better quarterback than the time he spent with T.O.
I truly believe they both look back on it with regret and when I spoke to McNabb during Super Bowl week he seemed to be relived they had put the past behind them and were back on good terms. Read more…

My policy on police investigations is that I won’t post my own theory of what happened until either the person is charged or the claim is dismissed.
According to the AJC.com police are going to provide more details on what happened between the accuser and Ben Roethlisberger.
I have no inside knowledge of what they are going to say.
The one thing I do have inside knowledge is that the accuser motives for going to the police as of right now seem legit. Read more…
