Aja Wilson, the number 1 female prospect in the country has finally made her decision. It was between UCONN, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Eventually the 6-6 All-American decided that she was going to stay home and attend the University of South Carolina.
ESPN immediately moved the Gamecocks up and they now have the 2nd best recruiting class in the nation. South Carolina head coach Dawn Staley made a short but meaningful statement after Wilson announced her decision via Twitter.

Staley has done a phenomenal job turning this program around. They won the SEC title this year and made it to the Sweet 16 before they were eliminated by North Carolina. With the addition of Wilson they will be serious contenders for the national championship.
