Bart Scott is on ESPN radio Monday chiming in on the Richie Incognito, Bullying fiasco in Miami.
According to Steve Serby, via ESPN 98.7, Scott is going on a terrific rant, and he’s lighting Incognito up right now. Essentially, Scott called Incognito a punk, and said he wouldn’t try that bullying sh*t on the Ravens or Jets.
