An October 30th hearing on appeals in the New Orleans Saints bounty case has been potponed, due to an incoming hurricane and some controversy over Paul Tagliabue now hearing the appeals.
According to Profootballtalk.com, no new date has been set for the hearing and more information will be provided on this coming Monday.
Scott Fujita, Johnathan Vilma, Will Smith, and Anthony Hargrove are the players appealing the suspensions for their roles in the bounty program.
Until the appeals take place, the players are still able to play. Vilma and Smith will play Sunday night when the New Orleans Saints take on the Denver Broncos. Scott Fujita is on injured reserve and Anthony Hargrove is currently a free agent.
