Patriots quarterback Tom Brady said on Monday that talk of the team purposely deflating footballs is “ridiculous.”
Maybe he was arguing semantics, because the team doesn’t prefer the balls deflated. Brady definitely does. Thursday Brady felt the matter was serious enough to address it in a team meeting according to Chris Mortensen.

Brady is scheduled to have a 3:45 EST news conference where’s he’s likely to admit taking air ouut of the ball to enhance his grip.
NBC News reports that Brady addressed his teammates behind closed doors today, telling his fellow Patriots that he prefers the football “a certain way.”
Brady also urged everyone to stay focused on the Super Bowl.
