Last night was the first game of the NFL regular season, so of course there were going to be a few mistakes made before, during, and after the game.
What no one expected was for John Elway to come out of retirement last night.
In a gaffe that seems more troll like than true mistake, the Friday morning print edition of the Columbus Dispatch incorrectly identified John Elway, and not Peyton Manning as the man responsible for throwing seven touchdowns last night against the Ravens.
I guess even with Peyton Manning on the roster, Broncos fans haven’t moved on from Elway.
