With the possibility of the New York Knicks striking out in free agency this summer, Dave East might be the only man who can save the team.
All jokes aside, TMZ Sports ran into the Rapper Dave East in New York. East was asked if he ever considered following Master P’s footsteps and trying out for the NBA. Dave responded “I might,”

Most people don’t know but Dave East was a big time hooper at 6’5″. He had a scholarship to Richmond and also played some games for Towson but ended up being academically ineligible. Before going D1 Dave East played AAU with Michael Beasley and Kevin Durant.
