The Dodgers and Reds have come to terms on a deal to acquire the hardest throwing pitcher in the MLB, Aroldis Chapman, to LA for two trade prospects.

The deal is pending the review of medical records.
Chapman gave up a 1.63 ERA and had 116 strikeouts for the Reds last season and is looking to improve for the Dodgers in 2016.
