A lot of people complain about the UBER surge charges or just the UBER charges in general. I have no sympathy for them, since you have to agree to the charges before the car comes to pick you up.
You shouldn’t get sympathy for not being prepare or sober enough to know what you are doing. With that being said this is an interesting story about how one drunk guy ended up two states away from his intended location. UPROXX has the details.
Cousin left NYE @CFAPeachBowl party, got in @uber, woke up in Mississippi with a $900 tab. Accidentally entered home address and passed out.

First, I’d like to say that is a dedicated UBER driver who decided to ignore all signs that this might be a mistake and just drove the drunk guy from Georgia to Mississippi. Secondly, how long was this dude passed out to not realize, that probably a 20 minute trip was taking hours.
The good news is he didn’t drink and drive though, so salute. I would imagine he was a Ole Miss fan and that is why he was so drunk, since they were blasted by TCU 42-3.
