At this rate, Patrick Ewing maybe considering a comeback with the Warriors.
Okafor hasn’t played in the NBA in over 3 years, but the Warriors are kicking his tires according to ESPN.
Warriors general manager Bob Myers, whose club lost big men Andrew Bogut, Festus Ezeli and Marreese Speights in the purge to make room for free agent Kevin Durant, said he had “a conversation” with Okafor a couple of months ago and will monitor the big man’s progress.
Okafor is working himself back into shape and if it doesn’t work out with the Warriors he will look at other contending teams who need depth in the frontcourt.
