Christian Pryor should know better than this, and may have just thrown his future at Fresno State down the drain.
Pryor, an 18-year-old freshman wide receiver for the Bulldogs football team has been arrested in connection with going on social media, and threatening to shoot up the campus.
Campus police arrested Pryor hours after an anonymous post was made on the social app Yik Yak that said the sender planned to “release my frustrations” with gunfire on campus. The post promised an attack around 3 p.m. PT and included a photo of Fresno State’s Henry Madden Library, according to the Fresno Bee.
According to the Bee, the post read in full:
“the time is here. @3PM I will release my frustrations. Tired of dirty looks, get rejected, nd being talked about bc how I dress. My choice of weapon M4 Carbine…”
Campus police declined to identify Pryor as the suspect, confirming only that the threat was made by a Fresno State student.
