Aaron Hernandez might be going down for his alleged involvement in the double murder in Boston. His friend, Alexander Bradley, has been granted immunity for the double murders in exchange for testimony against Hernandez.
Here are the details via The Hartford Courant:
In a court document filed Monday in a Florida lawsuit, lawyers for Alexander Bradley said they have given Hernandez’s civil lawyers “the agreement for immunity” contained in a letter between a Boston prosecutor and Bradley’s lawyer.
Prosecutors have said Bradley was a passenger in Hernandez’s vehicle when Hernandez opened fire on the men in another vehicle. One prosecutor has described Bradley as “the only person who could implicate” Hernandez in the 2012 double homicide in Boston.
Prosecutors say Bradley, a native of East Hartford, Conn., and at one time Hernandez’s friend, was in the passenger seat when Hernandez pulled up next to a car stopped at a traffic light, rolled down his window and opened fire — killing Daniel de Abreu, 29, and Safiro Furtado, 28, both Cape Verdeans who lived in Dorchester.
Bradley is the only person that can put Hernandez away for these crimes since he was actually there. Hernandez shot him in the face and left him to die. I know I surely wouldn’t have any loyalty left to Hernandez after that.
