When I think about professional cheerleaders, I see beautiful women with nice bodies, full of energy and always carrying a smile. Although that’s what the surface shows, it’s now even more clear that a book shouldn’t be judge by it’s cover. Antonieta Osuna, a cheerleader of the Houston Texans, has a background in boxing, won the Texas state boxing championship 10-years ago and now wants to fight Ronda Rousey and Laila Ali.
The 28-year old Osuna, says he still has a burning passion for the sweet science of boxing.
“I recently sparred against the number two ranked Olympian boxer … and did pretty well.”
As far as fighting Rousey is concerned, Osuna says she’s open to an MMA fight and that she already has a game plan.
“If I can give her hooks and jabs and prevent her from taking me down … it’s possible that I could get her!”
