Many comedians have taken shots at President Donald Trump and some haven’t. Kathy Griffin took a strong approach with her joke as she had a fake chopped off head of Trump last year. Even though it backfired as Trump said his children were having a hard time with it, she preaches to comedians to do the same as in attack Trump on their shows. She spoke with USA Today and pointed her finger at Kevin Hart who believes should but doesnt.
“I do feel like this is such an anxiety-ridden time for everyone that there is a thirst for all kinds of comedy.
And look, if you want to not hear about Trump at all, go see Kevin Hart. He doesn’t even mention Trump. I personally think that’s a p— move because he’s a black man. But I guess he’s selling more tickets than I ever will.”
Hart hasn’t replied but looking back at his shows, he never brings up politics like other black comedians D.L. Hughley and Chris Rock.
Maybe Hart doesnt want to lose his job and not befollowed by Secret Service as Griffin was. She was fired from her job as a co-host for CNN’s New Years Eve segment and was investigated by the Secret Service for two months.
