Arkansas Mo‘s request for bail has been denied.
He previously asked for bail, stating that he wanted to see his daughter off to college and take care of his affairs before being sentenced in September. But prosecutors argued yesterday (May 24th) that his allegedly sneaky activity should keep him behind bars, and a judge agreed.
Prosecutors called out Arkansas Mo and said before he went to jail in December, he allegedly Googled countries where he could avoid being extradited (handed over to the country where he committed the crime). They said he often bragged about scamming people and called him a danger to the public. He also allegedly told a witness he wouldn’t get any jail time.
He is looking at about 12 years in jail after agreeing to a plea deal.
He scammed about $2 million in PPP loans to pay off his back child support and floss on the gram.
