The Rodgers family seems to have issues with each other as Luke Rodgers while announcing the birth of his child subtly threw a shade at his brother Aaron Rodgers on Instagram.
TPS reports that;
In the post, Luke introduces Jack Jordan Rodgers to the world. He then goes on to explain the inspiration behind the boy’s middle name, claiming that they named him after Jordan Rodgers in hopes that he’ll possess all of his best traits (including his tan).
“Your middle name is for @jrodgers11 and we can only pray you grow up to be as generous, kind, loyal, (and tan) and an amazing man of character as your uncle Jordan,” the caption reads.
You know who the child WASN’T named after? Luke’s OTHER brother, Uncle Aaron.
In fact, it almost seems as though Luke was trying to make a point and send a clear message to Aaron with the inclusion of Jordan in the naming of his child.
While Aaron didn’t comment on the matter, Jordan did, posting the following message in the comments section:
“My little dude JJ!!! Love him already and love you and Aimee so much! So happy for y’all and so freaking stoked to be an Uncle”
Luke’s full Instagram post reads;
My whole heart. Welcome to the world Jack Jordan Rodgers. You are loved and treasured beyond measure. For those of you that know this has been a long road filled with heartache and loss but God is so gracious in choosing us to be the parents of this precious little boy. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing and strong @aimrodgers is and seeing her become a mother is one of the great privileges of my life. Jack we choose your name because it means God is gracious. Your middle name is for @jrodgers11 and we can only pray you grow up to be as generous, kind, loyal, (and tan) and an amazing man of character as your uncle Jordan. Jack came early and via emergency c section and my wife was an incredible champion in bringing him into the world. 8 pounds and 11 ounces—my son is a bruiser. Mommy and Daddy love you more than you could ever know Jack. You are the greatest blessing.
