Joe Buck and Michelle Beisner-Buck made the most of their opportunity to anchor Monday Night Countdown while Scott Van Pelt was out of commission.
While working on Monday Night Countdown in Week 5, Michelle Beisner-Buck and her husband Joe Buck unintentionally got to spend a lot of time together.
The opening hour of the Las Vegas Raiders vs. Green Bay Packers game saw the Bucks working together at Allegiant Stadium. Ryan Clark admired Joe and Michelle’s on-screen chemistry. Clark said
“I feel like I just watched you and Joe go on a date,” “That was like an hour-long date we got to watch.”
Larry Fitzgerald grinned broadly while Marcus Spears concurred with Clark.
Then Beisner-Buck interjected, taking aim at her husband’s remarks. She said
“That’s probably the most time that we’ve spent together in a long time.”

Clark and the other experts burst out in fits of laughing at the comment. Van Pelt warned the crowd earlier in the day that he would be missing the performance because he was losing his voice.
“So, we played another fun edition of will Scott’s voice quit before the show ends last night,” he wrote on X.
“Unfortunately, I woke up to zero voice at all. Just gone. As a result, no trip to Vegas for Monday Night Countdown or SportsCenter.”
For the first hour of Monday Night Countdown, Joe took Van Pelt’s place in the booth at Allegiant Stadium while Michelle did her feature reporting work.
