Who says the NCAA Tournament is the only college basketball that matters?
Over the weekend, the NAIA held their dunk contest and one player put on a performance you do not want to miss. Who cares if you’ve never heard of the NAIA before right now, you need this video of Southwestern Christian’s Tyler Inman dunking in your life.
An off-the-bounce dunk from the free throw line? Seriously? It’s too bad the NBA doesn’t care enough about their dunk contest to let guys just go at it like this. Instead we’re stuck with team dunks, confusion and disappointment at All-Star weekend.
The NBA should consider bringing in some amateur dunkers to motivate/embarrass the lazy NBA contestants we’ve seen the past few years. I know I wouldn’t mind seeing Tyler Inman dunking on All-Star Saturday night.
What do you guys think? Was this the best dunk contest performance we’ve seen in years? Let us know what you think in the comments or on Twitter!
