Adam Schefter had alluded earlier to Panthers all-world linebacker Luke Kuechly getting a new deal. Rand Getlin is reporting that Keuchly and the Panthers have agreed to a five-year, $62 million deal.

Kuechly won Defensive Player of the Year in 2013 and was selected as a Pro Bowler and first-team All-Pro in consecutive seasons.
