The end of an era has officially come to a close here in Philadelphia. First it was Jimmy Rollins exiting, then Cole Hamels, and now the Phillies have agreed to trade Chase Utley to his hometown L.A. Dodgers.
while deal hasn't been signed yet, sides have agreed on deal of utley plus 2M to LA for 2 minor leaguers.

Another thing to keep in mind on the Chase Utley trade front: He's always preferred to stay in the NL if he was going to approve a deal

Utley is batting .217 this season with five home runs and 30 RBIs for the last-place Phillies.
