These are one of those videos that you see and you immediately want to share with your boys, hoping that they haven’t seen it yet, simply because this is a play you’ve never seen before.
It’s not every day that you see something done on a basketball court you’ve never seen before.

It’s also one of those plays that – after you get over how hilariously dumb the other team just looked – you may start thinking that it’s too good to be true.
Maybe another internet fake, simply meant to entertain…
Thanks to a little investigative reporting by the Big Lead, however, we now know part of this team’s story; and we can confirm that the video is real.
Willie Miller, a 5’11” Filipino guard, played with GlobalPort Batang Pier in the Philippine Basketball Association during the 2012-2013 season. The date on the YouTube is October 2012. So, this is 3-years old and there are easily available better versions of the play.
So congrats, Willie Miller, we now know you exist and have some solid acting skills. Oh, and you were PBA MVP back in 2002?? Keep killin’ it, Willie.
In the meantime, hopefully there’s some guard in the states who can attempt and complete this feat themselves.
