If Marcus Vick and countless wives and girlfriends of athletes have show us, its usually better if you ignore the noise and criticism surrounding your loved ones. I believe this is especially true for someone like Sam Steele Ponder, ESPN College Football analyst who is married to Minnesota Vikings Quarterback Christian Ponder.
Normally, i would say its advisable for Steele Ponder to stay away from responding to criticism as her husband (and god knows there is plenty to go around). Sometimes though, its warranted and at the very least, funny.
The twitter-famous John Madden Parody Account @FauxJohnMadden did his normal thing of mocking the injury to Ponder.
INJURY REPORT: Christian Ponder reportedly dislocated his non interception throwing shoulder tonight.

A seemingly innocuous tweet no worse than anything out there with the difference that the account has 200K followers. Obviously Sam Steele Ponder has dealt with the real person behind the account before because she dropped this little nugget on them.
@FauxJohnMadden …says the guy using a parody account who asks the injured guys wife for career help? "I'm a lil confused by ur tactics…"

I don’t think @FauxJohnMadden should avoid making fun of Christian Ponder because they have apparently sought advice from Sam Steele Ponder, but it is pretty funny that she would call them out on it.
