The Seahawks look to be making a late move for the postseason. Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reported that the Seahawks have signed return gawd, Devin Hester.
The Ravens waived Hester just last month because of injuries. Hester is 34 years old but he holds the NFL record with 20 return touchdowns: a record 14 on punts, five on kickoffs and one return of a missed field goal.
With Tyler Lockett suffering a broken leg, the Seahawks needed to fill the void.
Yes, Hester is 34 years old but you never know what can happen. How many times does a play on special teams shift momentum? If can he muster up one return, you don’t know what that can do especially with the way the Seahawks offense has been acting this season.
NFL playoffs are weird. They’re truly do or die.
The Seahawks will face the Lions in Seattle in the wild card round.
