Last Thursday, Carson Palmer was on a L.A. based radio show talking about Buckeye fans and how he cannot stand them. How he hears tons of crap from OSU fans about their program and Tressel and can't wait to see USC trample the Buckeyes two years from now at the Horseshoe.
Now I'm not a fan of either USC or Ohio State so I could care less about these two programs talking smack to one another. However, one would think Carson would realize that, in this day and age where the Internet can make you or break you, that some way, somehow, this would spread like wildfire and end up on various sports blogs across the country such as this one, no less. Not to mention, you are playing for a professional team in the state of Ohio so these Buckeye fans are the ones that help cash your paychecks and they also happen to be a far better team than the Bengals have been lately.
If I were you, Carson, I would just keep my mouth shut about anything bad about the Buckeyes until you either leave the Bengals or retire, whichever comes first.

Actually no I just thought it made a great story. I didn't even make the connection until now.
Its not as big of a deal as one would think. Those who stay down in southern Ohio near the Cinci area are more than likely Kentucky or Louisveille fans that Bucknuts.
