Moondog in the Doghouse

According to the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, Moondog, the Cavaliers' mascot(don't get me started on why a dog and not an actualy Cavalier is the mascot of this team) appeared at halfcourt during a timeout wearing a Cleveland Browns jersey. A serenade of boos was heard before Moondog peeled off the hated jersey and revealed a black-and-gold Steelers shirt. Of course keep in mind the preseason game was between the Cavs and Celtics in Pittsburgh, however, after what happened with LeBron and all the flack he got supporting the Yankees and Cowboys over the home teams, one would think the mascot would know better. Apparently not I mean I personally believe people should be fans of whoever they want but this is just a bad PR move. I mean Cavs fans already know LeBron is leaving them after 2010 anyways this just adds insult to injury when your own mascot is repping the divison foe of your football bretheren. Why should Cavs fans trust that mascot now knowing its a "traitor"? Of course the Cavs brass responded that they were shocked by this and will make sure it doesn't happen again. Well maybe so but for now Moondog is in the Doghouse and folks in Cleveland are not going to forget this one.
