There is no defense for stupidity. No justification for anything he has done. Enough is enough. Adam "Pacman" Jones has received multiple opportunities to make changes in his life only to be drawn back into the sort of reckless behavior that has such a predictable outcome. In a sense I feel sorry for the guy. Here is a guy that has the opportunity to break a generational mold that has developed within his family but like a crab in the bucket, keeps dragging himself back down. The NFL Is attempting to save Pacman from himself. I hope that he understands that this is as much an attempt by the NFL to help him as it is to punish him. The numerous arrest, incidents, and reckless behavior of Mr. Adam Jones dictates that despite there being no police report (obviously an attempt by the Cowboys to minmize the situation and not an indication that nothing really happened), this was more than just a happen-stance and likely a sign of a developing pattern that demonstrates that Pacman still does not get it. This was unfortunately, Pacman being Pacman. This suspension can be the best thing to ever happen to Adam Jones if he understands that life is about more than Strip Clubs, alcohol, and reckless activities. I don't want to pick up the paper and read about Pacman Jones the same way I read about Lawrence Phillips; two ultra-talented athletes who unfortunately couldn't let the streets go.
The sad thing is that Pacman has a "trouble just finds me" mentality instead of accepting responsibility for his behavior. That's never a good sign when you are hoping that someone changes. What makes me not feel bad for Pacman Jones is that many people have reached out to him. The Tennessee Titans attempted to intervene in terms of his off the field activities. Deion Sanders tried to take Pacman under his wing and spend time with him in a positive and constructive way. Jerry Jones hired body guards to make sure Pacman Jones wouldn't act out. In other words, teams and people have invested more in keeping Pacman safe than Pacman has. Finally, Roger Goodell and the NFL couldn't save him by taking away the thing that we assumed he loved-the game of football. The only thing that will save Pacman is Pacman. The question is will he recognize it before its too late? The early answers aren't too promising.

I see you disagree with Littal
I think he is doing fine
I got some room in my cell
While I do think the punishment is too much for what he allegedly did, (I say allegedly cause theirs no police report or conviction)I don't feel bad for him at all. He knew damn well he was on his last leg, then tripped himself up anyway. So he has to deal with what he has to deal with.
As a Dallas fan, I think he is our best corner, T-Newman is over rated and not the shutdown corner we drafted him to be and he's injured every year. Anthony Henry who had a all pro season last year regressed, and is getting abused this year. Mike Jenkins a rookie have not shown me anything. As a true Dallas fan, even with the injuries, this team will be fine.. Brad Johnson is a game manager and have veteran experience.
