Balitmore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh speaks in the locker room after beating the Tennessee Titans 13-10, and a question comes out of virtually nowhere...
"What advice would you give to the Denver Broncos in their coaching search?"
If I were Harbaugh, I would have had a quizzical look on my face, wondering who let this guy in here and why he's asking me about the Denver Broncos instead of my team or the game or even the Titans. Give Harbaugh credit: without even a slight hesitation, he answered...

More after the jump...
Frazier, the defensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings, is receiving serious consideration for the job, along with New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.
Harbaugh and Frazier served on the same staff with the Philadelphia Eagles under Jim Johnson from 1999-2002. Since, Frazier has been the defensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals and, for the last two years, the Vikings. Harbaugh thinks his old friend is ready to take the next step from coordinator to head man (from the Denver Post)...
"He's a tremendous X's-and-O's coach," Harbaugh said. "Players will respect him. He's a great organizer, a motivator. He's just a real good man."
it's about time someone endorses Frazier for a head job. Maybe with Harbaugh doing so well with the Ravens, maybe someone will actually listen.
On a side note, it is a little interesting to note: Harbaugh says to hire Frazier, but doesn't say to hire his defensive coordinator, Rex Ryan, who also has done a great job in this and previous seasons with that defense. Could be very interesting if the New York Jets end up hiring Ryan after the Ravens' season is over.

I would approve this hire.
No. I heard good things about Frazier we need someone to fix out defense.
Hire me!!!!!!!!!!
