Dear Arod,
First off fire your makeup artist ASAP. I understand you wanted to look bad and hurt on camera but looking like you have been in a tanning booth for 72 hours straight is not a good look for anyone. It is hard to take anyone seriously when they look like the Red Skull.

Beyond that I think you did a good job. Obviously your "crisis management" team seeing what happened to Mark McGwire, Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens realized that a denial even a soft denial would hurt you more than help you, so they only thing you could was admit it.
With that being said it is still obvious to me you are lying, but I am not the person you are trying to convince am I? You wanted to convince the America people that you were just a stupid kid doing what everyone else was doing. For the most part I think you did that. Most people are sick and tired of talking about steroids so just by you admitting your guilt you automatically are going to have it better than Bonds and Clemens because there can't be a "witch hunt" after a confession.
You are probably thinking to yourself what do I do now? I think you should study the case of Kobe Bryant.
Being accused of rape is a lot bigger than being caught taking steroids, but Bryant has been able to navigate out of that back to the most popular player in the NBA. Similar to Bryant here are some things you need to do.
1- Embrace your negative image
Kobe did it, Mayweather did it and even Bonds did it. After awhile you just have to realize you are the bad guy and deal with it. Joe Torre said in his book that you are obsessed with why everyone loves Derek Jeter. Here is the thing Alex some people just got it like that. There is no secret formula. Right now the best thing you can do is belt out home runs and give evil looks to anyone who doubted your skills. When they ask you if you care? Tell them you care about the supporters but you don't care about the naysayers and you will let you play on the field do the talking for you. Someone writes a negative article about you laugh in their face. A pitcher wants to hate on you go to the mound in punch him in the face. Here is a little secret about our society Alex we loved the bad guy. It wasn't Batman that made "The Dark Knight" a success it was "The Joker". Being the "bad guy" will allow you to be the good guy in the long run trust me.
2- Stop talking about it.
You admitted it so there is nothing more you can do. The more you talk about it they more of an opportunity you can put your foot in your mouth. The only time you should be talking about what happened is when you are talking to a kids, high school baseball players or public service announcements. The media Alex is out to get you so don't fall in the trap.
3- Play your ass off
This is the most important thing now. I assume you are clean now Alex, so you have to play the best baseball of your life. Any slippage in skills will once again cause the media to pounce. One of the advantages you have over Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens and the others is that you are in the prime of your career. You have many years to make people forget. You have plenty of years to put up MVP numbers and if by chance you bring a title to the Bronx all will be forgiven quickly.
Alex trust me if you play this right ten years from now you will be seen as the guy who had the guts to be honest and still continued to play at a high level. You will be seen as a hero. Alex I'm "ya boy" I wouldn't lead you in the wrong direction.

A rod knocked Phelps off the front page...but they just made arrests regarding the bong being sold on ebay....so now Phelps is gonna bump a-rod.
Thank you!!!!!
He is a liar and a cheat nothing going to change that
