If you watch someone on TV, the station you are watching can also issue a public warning to prohibit you from watching too long.
Does this sound ludicrous? Not if you ask anyone watching the Super Bowl in the Detroit metropolitan area. Seriously.

Every time former Lions president and CEO Matt Millen came on the screen, WDIV, the NBC affiliate in Detroit, ran a note on their 'scroll' or 'bottom line:'
"Matt Millen was president of the Lions for the worst eight-year run in the history of the NFL. Knowing his history with the team, is there a credibility issue as he now serves as an analyst for NBC Sports? ..."

Why did you have to go at Mike Holmgren so hard.LOL. I can see Matt Millen. When I saw that bum all I could think of is the fact that there is a guy in Detroit that would like nothing better that to punch Matt Millen in the face, like that stuffed koala in the career builders commercial.
He was garbage on the telecast. Bring back Dungy and Holmgren they were good
I'm from Detroit. He is an idiot. He should have never been given that GM job. Have you heard Steven A. Smith's comments about hy anyone should pay Matt Millen to talk about sports? Have you heard Lomas Brown on ESPN's First Take talk about how bad a shape that franchise is in because he was there. I turn the channel whenever I see him on TV.
