Early reports coming out of Miami media are stating that Cleveland Browns receiver Donte Stallworth had a blood alcohol level that exceeded the legal amount when he accidently struck a pedestrian last week.

Sources are saying that his level ranged from the legal amount of .08 to .16. Miami Dade policed haven't confirmed, nor have Stallworth's legal team, but a supposed source has confirmed to two media outlets that Stallworth was indeed drunk when he struck the 59-year-old victim with his Bentley early sunday morning.
We here at BSO are praying for the victims family and Stallworth during this tragedy.

Dude is in some big trouble
It's a sad situation. It's crazy how if you sit back on watch these athletes you'll learn so much about what not to do.
T - we need to put together a laundry list of things that's happened sports related... make it sort of like a PSA to all the youngsters on what not to act. These dudes don't think straight.
It's one thing to get caught with a DUI if your a regular joe and can't hire drivers etc (and no this doesn't mean it's ok to drive drunk people!!)
but these cats got money and continue to ignore no brainers
I agree Omar! Im jotting down notes now.
why pray for Dante Stallworth or his family? Dante willingly got behind the wheel and in doing so killed someone. That victim's family will be in pain forever but at least Dante's family wont have to bury him. Dant deserves no sympathy and he definitely should be released by his team with no severence pay.
Point Taken anonymous. When you make a mistake or have to deal with a tragedy on either end, we'll make sure we get Dante's opinion about you.
