Steve McNair and Miss Kazemi were found dead in his downtown condo this afternoon. McNair was shot multiple times in the head and Miss Kazemi had one shot to the head.
The police have ruled out McNair's wife as a suspect in the killings. It has also been reported that McNair's wife had not heard from him in the last 48 hours.
According to The Tennessean McNair met Miss Kazemi at a local Dave and Busters where she was working and they had been seeing each other for a couple of months.
Our friends at Profootballtalk.com reports that McNair's SUV was part of a DUI arrest of Miss Kazemi. It has been confirmed that McNair was in the car at the time of the arrest and was the one that bailed Miss Kazemi out.
Everyone knows that Steve McNair is married and obviously Miss Kazemi was more than just a friend how that plays into what happened today we just need to wait for more information.
We can speculate, we can cast judgments, we can throw out conspiracy theories, but I think everyone needs to take a deep breath and just wait for all the facts to come out.

WOW. I feel for his boys. Sometimes we make decisions that affect others and that's a shame. We don't know all of the facts here but it sure looks like these two were romatically involved. I pray for his wife and family.

Well based on her name and her look it's almost 99% that she is Muslim and not Hindu. She may not be a practicing Muslim or whatever but her background is def that. Not that it matters just saying.

Steve McNair was 36 years old, and dating Sahel who was 20 years old. Besides breaking his wedding vows (adultery), let's do the math. Five years ago, McNair was 31, and Sahel was 15. Yeah, he would have been charged for statutory rape and child molestation. Also, Sahel was not 21 and not at a legal drinking age when pulled over by the police and arrested for DUI. He was crazy for being in the car with her and allowing her to drive drunk. The media is portraying this former athlete as a role model. Please! He was in the car with a DUI driver for peace sakes. Parents had better be careful about their choices for role models. He must have had the mentality of a teenager in heat because after the DUI, McNair had the opportunity to think more cautiously of his actions. Some of McNair's condoning friends should have clued him in that this young girl was immature, irresponsible, and her mind was not prepared for a relationship with a grown-behind married man with 4 children. What the heck was he thinking? Why was he dating someone this young while married? He might have been a OUTSTANDING Football player, but that's where the buck stops with common sense. Sadly for the wife and the children, "McNair lived by the sword, and he died by it." He gets no pitty from this black woman. Lastly, why after his roommate found him and his mistress dead, did he call another friend to call 911? This is crazy! Are these people involved black men as well. What the heck is wrong with these men. Maddening. Again, Steve McNair gets no sympathy from me.

Till Death Do Us Part.. how do you know when they got involved she's 20 and he's 36 while it screams mid life crisis they are both consenting adults you have no proof that they were involved when she was a minor. We only know they were involved months before his death everything is is baseless speculation.

Because I met her at Dave and Buster's only a few weeks before all of this happened. Nice lady, but I won't pretend I know anything more about her life. Per news sources she is of Iranian lineage, not white, Asian, or any other general term. She was charged with DUI, but it was not due to intoxication, but drug use. DUI=Driving Under the INFLUENCE, and you don't have to drink a drop of alcohol. She was pulled over on Broadway in Nashville in front of an Exxon gas station, which is not too hard of a feat since I was once pulled over for going 38 in a 35 in the same general area late at night.
Everybody loved Mac, but this isn't a surprise. The man has always had a sidepiece and it's more than common knowledge. I personally don't know how in the hell Mechelle put up with it except for her desire to keep the family together.

From what little sense I could make out of your incoherent rambling, it seems that you are perceiving this as a very simplified, black-and-white issue. Nobody is supporting or condoning McNair's adultery; that much is painfully obvious. We are simply saying that like anyone in his situation, celebrity or not, he did not DESERVE bullets in the head for his actions. He was clearly caught up in something that spiralled out of control.
But I suppose cold-blooded murder is the appropriate punishment for all cheaters, regardless of circumstance. Your logic falls closely in line with the same fundamentalist thought processes that oppress people world-wide. Well done.

I think as women, being the emotionally sentient beings we are, we are saddened by Mr, McNair's tragic death, but also being women (whom I'm sure some of us have been cheated on) what somewhat detracts from that sympathy is the fact that he was with his mistress at the time of his death. He could have been trying to break up with her, she could have been pregnant, maybe she had AIDS, who knows? He did not deserve to die for his adultery. A divorce, definitely, but death, no. This was a tragic lesson about integrity. Doing what's right, even when you think no one's looking.
