You may recalled that Mike Tyson got into an incident with a photographer at the Los Angeles airport a few months back.
Tyson was briefly detained and later released.
From all of the information I gathered at the time it was the photographer who was totally at fault (you can read the whole story here).
According to TMZ.com the Los Angeles prosecutor agreed:
The L.A. City Attorney officially rejected the case today, citing “insufficient evidence.”
Tyson’s lawyer, the ever-effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ, “The City Attorney’s office made the right decision given the harassing conduct of the paparazzo.”
This is great news for Tyson seeing that he was on probation and any charge could have sent him back to jail.
