First, let me tell you what I know.
I know Marcus Vick was there.
I know the club promoted the hell out of the event, specifically using Michael Vick’s name on the promotional material and the “secret” invites.
By the way: I was able to get someone a “super exclusive” invitation within twenty minutes, so it wasn’t that exclusive.
There were other NFL players in attendence to help celebrate “Vick’s Birthday.”
According to DJ Quik Silva (who was on the one’s and two’s for the evening), Vick was in attendance at some point.
If he didn’t show up it was obviously because he saw our previous post about what a bad move it would be for him to attend, considering all the drama his last “party” had.
Luckily there weren’t any incidents this evening, but still a very bad move on Vick’s part to even have his name associated with this type of event.
The proper move would have been to go to the event organizers, explain what a negative publicity hit this would be, and try to come to an arrangement that would keep his name off the flyers and invitations.
Not to beat a dead horse into the ground but this once again speaks to the the bad judgment of Michael Vick and his inner circle. Is Tony Dungy not around anymore?
Is making a couple of thousands of dollars from a club promoter really worth your career in the NFL?
Vick just turned 30, hopefully he will be smarter in his 30’s than he was in his 20’s.

Our good friends at ProFootballTalk.com are reporting they have a very good source that Michael Vick was in Philadelphia last night and did not attend the event.
