A lot of time these guys are better than the NBA Dunk Contest participants so I would definitely check it out and vote.
Through a nationwide search conducted by Sprite and the NBA, 10 Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown semi–finalists have been selected from hundreds of talented amateur dunkers who competed in contests held from California to New York or submitted their best dunking footage online. Now it’s up to fans to select their favorite four finalists to compete on a national stage at the second annual Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown, which takes place in February at NBA All-Star 2011 in Los Angeles.
Fans can visit NBA.com/dunk to watch each of the 10 semi-finalists’ dunks and vote for who they think should compete for the Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown crown at NBA All-Star in February. The winner will receive a $10,000 grand prize and attend the Sprite Slam Dunk contest at STAPLES Center during NBA All-Star Saturday Night presented by State Farm on Feb. 19, 2011.
