Considering her show on Versus was canceled and Favre doesn’t appear to want to pay up, this seems like a logical step. By threatening to go to the NFL, Sterger and her attorneys are probably hoping Favre will get nervous and make an offer.

A lawyer for the former New York Jets gameday host told ESPN and the Minneapolis Star Tribune that Sterger expects to meet with NFL officials next week about their investigation into alleged misconduct by Brett Favre.
“There is a very strong likelihood that Ms. Sterger will agree to meet with the NFL in their ongoing investigation,” Joseph Conway told ESPN. “I expect that such a meeting will take place late next week at an undisclosed location.”
If you noticed Conway didn’t say 100% that his client would meet with the NFL.
He wants to leave that small window open just in case Favre wants to hand over the debit card.
Speaking of Brett, he is going to play on Sunday and if you didn’t know who is the real coach of the Minnesota Vikings was, you do now. Brad Childress doesn’t want to play Favre, but it is obvious Favre plays when he wants to regardless of his injury or mental status.
