This particular job is the best one for a college coach wanting immediate success.
The 49ers have talent and are in a weak division. They just need a consistent quarterback to win the NFC West.
Don’t need a great QB just a good one. All the pieces are in place. With the money Harbaugh will be paid he will be expected to win and win immediately.
There can’t be any excuses.
