Amar’e Stoudemire Gives Words of Wisdom to Lebron James

Upon first glance I don’t think Amare is the best person to give advice to Lebron, but before I comment lets take a look at what he has to say.

Maybe it will be enlightening.

“I think you have to conduct yourself in way that people can relate to you,” said Stoudemire, who led the Knicks back to the playoffs this season after the team posted its first winning record (42-40) in 10 years. “The more they can relate to you, the more they will appreciate you.”

“Everybody has their own way of commenting on things, but I would have commented differently,” Stoudemire said. “One thing about Michael Jordan was that no matter how great he was and how much of a platform he stood on, he still related to all the hard workers out there in the world.

“I think LeBron is still young,” Stoudemire added, “and there is still time for him to reconnect with the public.”

Amar’e has no clue what he is talking about. The reason people like Amar’e in New York is because they were awful for a decade and was happy that anyone would play for them

Secondly compared to the star power of Lebron, Amar’e is like the 3rd Braxton sister. Also what does Amar’e know about Michael Jordan besides Gatorade and Nike commercials? If Jordan was around during the twitter era and lost to the Pistons like he did early in his career, he would get slammed and I would be curious how he would have handled it.

In the world of new age media the last thing Lebron should do is insult people intelligence by trying to act like we are all friends.

If Amar’e wants to be fake, that is fine, no one cares, but for Lebron that is the worst advice ever.

Ask Tiger how that worked out.
