Dwyane Wade is a trendsetter. Remember those band-aids under his eye a few seasons back? Or the murses and super tight shirts he was wearing with Lebron James a few weeks back.
OK, scratch that second example. The first is enough proof of his influence.
So for tonight’s nationally televised game against the Orlando Magic, he decided to part his hair on the right, evoking images of Arnold from Diff’rent Strokes. (A joke somebody made on Twitter, pay no attention to the fact that Arnold parted his fro on the left)
Our friend E.W. Freeman of the The Sports Brothers in Miami caught up with Dwyane in the locker room and asked him about this new trend.
Considering he dropped 31, including 14 in the 4th, you can fully expect to see this style stick around for a while.
You can also expect to see the “When is LeBron going to copy him?” jokes. I suspect as early as First & Ten on Monday Morning.
