By any means necessary is the motto for suspended Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma. In a breaking story, Vilma told WVUE-TV that he will be removed from the physically unable to perform list on Tuesday, and through his latest appeal in the Louisiana Courts he will be able to suit up and play against Tampa Bay this upcoming Sunday.
NFL.com Albert Breer also confirmed that Vilma is in fact pursuing his latest appeal through the Louisiana Courts based on “the fundalmentally unfair treatment of Vilma by Roger Goodell.” In this appeal he has sworn declerations from Gregg Williams and Michael Cerullo.

I applaud the effort by Vilma to clear his name. He won’t stop fighting until he wins. I’m sure that Saints defense would love to have him back, but lets see how this all plays out.
