Leave it to Waka Flocka Flames to get people falsely excited about the return of Derrick Rose.
Word is D.Rose back #HolyShit

After tweeting the above tweet, which was re-tweet by 1,764 people and favorite by 439, people ran with his assumption declaring Rose would be back for Wednesday night game. That would be a nice if Rose returned against the Miami Heat at home while the Heat are on pace to make history, but it’s highly unlikely.
Derrick Rose quickly put those rumors to sleep during this morning’s shoot around in Chicago. When asked if he would be playing tonight he responded with, “not tonight,” according to the Chicago Tribune.
However it’s refreshing to see Coach Tom Thibodeau knows who Waka Flocka Flames is. How he knows of him, I am uncertain, but could you just imagine Coach Thibs singing No Hands?
I will say at least today produced career highlight: Thibodeau saying he had heard of rapper Wacka Flocka Flame, who I guess said DRose back

Direct transcript: “Tom, have you heard of Waka Flocka Flame?” Thibs: “The rapper you’re talking about?” I may retire now.

More transcript: “Tom, Waka Flocka Flame’s got a song called ‘Hard in Da Paint.’ ” Thibs: “I’m for that. I like him more now.”

Rose continues to leave his return date in God’s hands, and until you can confirm Waka Flocka Flames has God’s number on speed dial I seriously doubt he will know when Ross will return any sooner than the rest of us.
