As we’ve been reporting, Doc Rivers and the Boston Celtics may be preparing to part ways. Rivers has no interest in the rebuilding situation the Celtics are about to embark on, and Rivers is open to coaching other teams.
ESPN L.A. is reporting that the Clippers and Doc Rivers have a mutual interest in each other.

Sources say Rivers is highly intrigued by the idea of coaching the Clippers, and he would immediately vault to the top of the Clippers coaching search.
