The misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge against Ohio St. CB Bradley Roby has been dropped stemming from his part in an Indiana bar fight. From the Columbus Dispatch:
The dismissal is contingent on successful completion of a diversion program. All that’s required for successful completion of the program is for Roby to avoid legal trouble until Aug. 16, 2014. The pretrial hearing scheduled for Monday has been canceled.
Roby who is a likely first round pick in next year’s NBA draft is still suspended for the season opener August 31st against Buffalo.
