Not much is known about the unidentified fan’s condition after he fell approximately 40 feet from the upper deck of Turner Field. There are no details on what caused the fall.
According to USA Today the fan is currently in serious condition at a local hospital.

According to NBC Channel 11 in Atlanta the fan has died. Here is the statement from Braves.
There was an accident earlier tonight at Turner Field with a spectator falling from the upper level.
The Atlanta Police Department are investigating and we refer all media inquiries to them at this time.
