The NFLPA is concerned about Terrelle Pryor concussion and whether or not the Raiders put their young quarterback at risk.
ESPN.com is reporting that The NFL Players Association is reviewing whether the Raiders followed the league concussion protocol with Pryor after he took a legal helmet to helmet hit.
“It’s questionable,” a source told ESPN
After taking the hit, Pryor remained in the game for two snaps before leaving with medical staff for the locker room to be evaluated.
After reviewing the game tape, the union reportedly has concerns about whether Pryor was checked for symptoms before the decision was made to allow him to continue after Woodyard’s hit, and whether Pryor went to the sideline and spoke to Dennis Allen before the next play as the Raiders head coach says occurred.
Pryor didn’t do himself or the Raiders a favor when he sent out this tweet.
