Minnesota invested in a 3-year, $16 million dollar commitment with Chase Budinger over the summer and it may have backfired.
The Timberwolves were riddled with injuries last season and its starting up all over again. MRI shows that Budinger has serious cartilage damage in his knee, which will require him to see the famed Dr. James Andrews next week.

Budinger only played in 23 games last year due to knee problems.
