Pro Football Talk is reporting what we all already knew. Eagles quarterback Michael Vick will be in uniform against the Buccaneers, but won’t play.
Per league source, Mike Vick will likely be in uniform but not playing today.

Matt Barkley is active as well, so Vick is the third quarterback and Barkley the backup.
Vick is active, but so is Matt Barkley. In other words, Barkley is the backup and Vick is the decoy.
