Dallas Latos, the wife of Cincinnati Red’s pitcher Mat Latos, said that she was attacked by Pirates fans while at a bar inside PNC Park.
Latos tweeted that she was ambushed and punched in the head multiple times. She also said security did nothing to prevent the attack when informed that threats were being made.
Got punched in the head at least 3 times by a pirates fan so this has been cool.

Look. Check the police report. I was ambushed in the Budweiser bar, grabbed by the hair, drug down & punched in the head multiple times.

I’m “fine” but my head hurts. Never swung back bc I was trying to protect myself. Will go to the doc when we get back. :/

Just know that security knew I had been threatened multiple times (not even wearing Cincy gear), chose not to take action & I got attacked.

In a press conference today, Pittsburgh police said they will not be filing charges against anyone involved with the incident and that the case is closed. Sgt. John Fisher said that everyone involved was drinking and five Pirates fans and two women with Latos were ejected.
Latos ofcourse wasn’t happy with the press conference.
Ok. I came on here to tell the truth and am more or less over the verbal abuse. Yes, I am pressing charges. Yes, that presser was garbage.
